Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

(48 ounces) chicken broth

carrots, sliced diagonally
|

onion, diced
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
celery, chopped
|

teaspoon |
pepper
|

teaspoon |
salt
|
|

uncooked whole wheat egg noodles
|

cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
|
|
Directions:
In large pot mix broth, carrots, onion, celery, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil and stir in noodles.
Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often until noodles are tender. Add chicken and heat through.
