			Directions:
			Stir together cream cheese, seasoned salt, ground pepper, dill and lemon rind.  Fine chop 4 ounces of the salmon, and stir into cream cheese mixture.  Cut remaining 2 ounces salmon into 1/4 inch wide strips, and roll into pinwheels.    Garnish pinwheels with cream cheese/salmon mixture and, if desired, dill sprigs.
