Corn Pudding
Sweet kernels of corn baked in a buttery milk sauce transform into a fabulous pudding that will complement most any meal!
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
Preparation Time: 5 minutes; Cook Time: 45 min
Ingredients

(16 ounces) frozen corn, slightly thawed

eggs, slightly beaten
|
|
3/4 |
cup |
evaporated milk
|
|

Tablespoons |
butter or margarine, melted
|
|
1/4 |
teaspoon |
salt
|
|
1/4 |
teaspoon |
black pepper
|
|
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a greased 9x9- inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes, until firm. Serve hot.
